Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
Our products may be shipped out of our shop in the United States, or from a third party warehouse.
- Orders shipped from the shop in the United States will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
- Orders shipped from our third party vendors will be delivered in 7-10 business days. (Please be aware that some products may require a longer shipping time. These items will be noted on the individual product page.)
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced items within (30) days of purchase, or within (30) days that the tracking number indicates the item was delivered. Please contact us to make arrangements for the return. Refunds will be returned on the original payment method used for the purchase. For all returns and exchanges:
- Items must not be damaged, worn or washed
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Personalized orders can not be returned. Please contact us at info@idocare-youareloved.com if you have any concerns or questions.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you may do so before you receive an order confirmation. If you find you need to cancel or make a change to your order after you have received an order confirmation, but before you have received a shipping confirmation and tracking number, contact us at info@idocare-youareloved.com and we will research your order to locate where it is in the order process. If we are unable to make changes at that time, and it ships out as originally ordered, please return the items unused for a full refund.
We provide real time tracking on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait a minimum of 48 hours before contacting us at info@idocare-youareloved.com. We will follow up with the shipping company and do our best to locate your package. We will extend the refund and exchange time frame to allow for the delivery of your order. If your order arrives and has been damaged during shipping, please take clear photographs and email them to info@idocare-youareloved.com. We will send you a return label and replacement products for those that have been damaged.
If your shipment has been determined to be lost by the carrier, a replacement order will be sent out immediately.
